Vyome Welcomes Jerry Leonard as New Chief Financial Officer

Vyome, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, named senior financial executive Jerry Leonard its new Chief Financial Officer. Leonard stepped into the role Sept. 1, 2026, succeeding Interim Chief Financial Officer Robert Dickey IV.

At Vyome—which develops differentiated therapies for immuno-inflammatory and rare disease conditions—Leonard will oversee financial operations and reporting. He will also supervise accounting, internal controls, and corporate governance responsibilities related to these tasks.

Among Leonard’s 25-plus years’ experience in financial management, leadership, and corporate strategy, he is the founder and CEO of ClearBridgeCFO. He was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of VSee Health following its 2024 business combination. Prior to that, Leonard was Chief Financial Officer of iDoc Virtual Telehealth Solutions and VSee Lab.

Leonard’s other work experience includes more than a decade as Vice President of Finance in Voya Financial’s asset management business. He began his career in public accounting with stints at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
